Tottenham defender Jonathan Woodgate is desperate to repeat one of the greatest moments of his career and help his team win the Carling Cup again this season.
Woodgate stole all the headlines when he scored the winner against Chelsea last February to hand Tottenham their first piece of silverware since 1999.
Spurs face Burnley in the semi-final at Turf Moor on Wednesday night with one foot in the Final following their impressive 4-1 win in the first leg two weeks ago.
Woodgate is hoping the experience of reaching Wembley last season will stand them in good stead to retain the trophy.
He admitted: "It was one of the greatest moments of my career.
"The ball came off my face, but they all count. It was my first medal and it's always good to win something."
