Stephen Warnock admits winning the FA Cup is a low priority for Blackburn this season as they battle relegation.
Rovers face Coventry in the fifth round on Saturday but the defender said: "It may sound disrespectful but the FA Cup is nothing to us this season. For the club, the Premier League is all that matters.
"If we win the FA Cup and go down it won't mean a thing.
"The manager has already said that people's livelihoods are at stake. Jobs are on the line and that falls to the players."
Rovers look like a team in trouble with their midfield a particular cause for concern.

And Allardyce admitted that Rovers are on a worse points total than he expected when he took charge - with too many draws holding them back.
He said: "It's not this game, it's when we were 2-0 up against Man City, the Middlesbrough game where we missed numerous chances and even Bolton where we came back but missed a penalty.
"They're the ones I look at and say we should have bagged the points. Then this defeat wouldn't have hurt as much."
