UEFA Cup
Martin O'Neill has taken a huge UEFA Cup gamble by resting several key stars for Aston Villa's crunch last-32 tie at CSKA Moscow.
O'Neill is prioritising Champions League qualification and will leave top stars Gareth Barry, James Milner and Gabriel Agbonlahor at home.
Villa are fourth in the Premier League and six points above fifth-placed Arsenal, and O'Neill wants his top stars fit and ready to face Stoke on Sunday.

But his gamble may cost Villa further progress in Europe this season.
The Villans were held 1-1 in the first leg at home last week and face a tough return leg on a plastic pitch at the Luzhniki Stadium on Thursday.
